The evil King of Industry needs power to run his vast pollution spewing empire. To generate hydro-electricity he’s constructed a series of dams on the six beautiful rivers of the once pristine Rainbow Valley Lake. It is up to Demolition Expert First Class Charlie Blast to destroy the dams with bombs and other objects clearing the way for the life-giving water to flow again.
